Purchasing Documents Access to Electronic Court Records (CRC 2.501) Fees will be charged for all downloaded document images. The Document Fee Schedule is listed below. To access a document image, you must have an online account. Civil documents, as allowed by Ca. Rules of Court, are available for purchase online. Criminal and Traffic are not available online. Probate, Civil, and Family Law Documents are not available through this login. Please click here to purchase select Probate, Civil, and Family Law Documents online. Note: Documents that you print online cannot be brought to the court to be certified. For the court to certify a document the court must print it and certify the copy they have printed.

Purchasing Name Searches Fees will be charged for all Searches By Name. The Search Fee Schedule is listed below. To perform a Search By Name, you must have an online account. A Search by Name returns a list of names and filing dates matching the criteria entered. The register of actions will be displayed when a case number is selected. The fee related to each name search is used to provide public access to electronic records. Fees are paid on-line, prior to performing a name search. Fees for multiple name searches can be paid at one time. There is also an unlimited fee plan. Fees are charged for each name search regardless of the results.

Associated fees for viewing/downloading document images are as follows:

$1.00 per page for the first 5 pages and $0.50 per page for each additional page (per document) Maximum fee per document is $50.00

Name Fee Schedule

Associated fees for name searches are as follows:

$1.00 for one name search $3.50 for 5 name searches $5.00 for 10 name searches $25.00 for 75 name searches $250 per 30 days for unlimited name searches (ie. The period is 30 days not 1 month so the end date will change based on the number of days in a month.)
